If you submit a picture to us via text, Email, social media or this webpage, we reserve the right to utilize the photo at vendor events, social media or ads.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free Shipping is offered with orders of three bandanas or more. Use discount code FreeShipping at checkout.
We ship via USPS First Class. Tracking is available on request only.
We will provide a photo of your product once completed. If we feel a color will not appear right on the fabric, we will reach out via text. If we do not here back within 2 days, we will automatically ship your order as previously placed.
If your bandana is returned to us due to any address errors, a $4.00 fee (for reshipping and repackaging) will be incurred to reship your bandana.
In the event of a lost package, please contact us directly with your order number for us to take a look at.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of personalized products, returns are not accepted.
Only in the event of poor craftmanship may an item be returned for a replacement. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why does my bandana or collar have a slightly different design from the pictures?
Due to how the fabric may be cut, pattern designs may not be true to the posted picture. They may be at an angle. The provided ruler is to show a visual scale of how wide the design may be. Smaller bandanas may show partial designs depending on fabric.
Can I choose a color of thread for my bandana on the embroidery options?
Yes, you may. However, some colors may not appear well. We will provide a recommended color choice upon checkout. You may choose a non-recommended color, but we cannot guarantee the name will pop on the fabric.
Can I choose the color of vinyl for my bandana?
At this time, vinyl color is left at the discretion of the seller.

How do I care for my bandana?
Machine wash with cold water. For best results, iron with a light starch on the back of the bandana after drying.
